Refund Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

Our Refunds Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, the website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refunds Policy at any time.

I. REFUNDS POLICY

Students:

Virtual Course Products: Direct purchases of virtual course products are non-refundable since they provide immediate access upon purchase.

Subscription Plan: If a subscription plan is cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, a partial refund will be provided. The refund amount will depend on the products subscribed to by the user.

Physical Products:

Shipping Responsibility: Physical products will be shipped directly by the instructors selling the products. The website company is not responsible for managing the shipping process.

Damaged/Torn Products: In the case of damaged or torn products, the user must email a photo of the product within 2 hours of receiving it. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

Exchange Policy: After 2 hours, refunds will not be provided for physical products. However, within 24 hours, exchanges will be accepted. The user will be responsible for paying the courier service fees and sending the product to the given address. (Applies to India only)

International Virtual and Physical Products:

Both international virtual and physical products are non-refundable. Users can create a support ticket in the dashboard support tab or email support@snazzy.tv for urgent assistance.

 

Pre-Purchase Communication:

Users are encouraged to email or contact Snazzy.tv before making any purchase to clarify any doubts or seek additional information.

Instructors and Organizations:

Subscription Plan: The subscription plans for instructors and organizations are partially refundable if cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After 2 hours, the plan becomes non-refundable.

Trial Period: Instructors are allowed to sell a maximum of 2 courses on the platform after registration as a trial. The booking can be canceled only 24 hours before the course/class and the student will get a full refund.

Note: The refund policy is subject to change and users are advised to review the policy periodically for any updates.

II. UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of any order is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and www.snazzy.tv will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.

III. METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND

We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.

IV. REFUND CYCLE:

The complete refund process normally takes about 5-15 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
